Members’ Bar and Lounges
Drinks at the Club are always a relaxing experience with the perfect atmosphere for conversation and enjoyment.
Members have the choice to relax in the comfortable leather armchairs in the foyer lounge, or in the Members’ Lounge at the rear and enjoy a welcoming cup of the finest coffee or a freshly brewed pot of tea.
The Members Lounges offer the opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of city life and to meet others in quiet and peaceful surroundings, to catch up in between meetings or to take time out to read the newspaper or a magazine from the Club’s large range of reading material. Whether your preference is for fiction or fact, the Club is sure to have something of interest.
The Members Bar offers an excellent selection of Australian wines and boutique beers, a fine selection of international spirits and drinks including martinis, champagne, single malts, cognacs, ports, sherries and coffees. And, to tantalise your taste-buds, the Bar Menu features a mix of Asian and Western snacks.
Wireless internet facilities are active throughout the Club.
Members’ Bar Happy Hour
Thursdays - 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Fridays - 5.00pm to 6.00pm
Start your weekend on a high at Friday Happy Hour with talented pianist Donald Fletcher-Hughes tickling the ivories of the baby grand!
Cocktails on special include ‘Easter Candy Bar’ in April, ‘Fruit Tingle’ in May and for June, a ‘Whisky Sour’, plus there’s a new Bar Menu with delicious Arancini, Bitterballen (aka Swedish meatballs), Heritage Cheeses and more.
Happy Hour means cocktails, spirits, wines and beers are at 25% off normal prices. Last drinks are at 9.30pm.
