In a setting of tropical colonial décor, ornate ceilings and marble floors, the Members’ Grand Dining Room is the Club’s culinary centerpiece that is renowned for an exceptional dining experience in the heart of Perth.
The Club’s wine cellar, housed in one of Perth’s oldest bank vaults c1887, features a great range of popular, rare and special wines with an emphasis on renowned wines from the Margaret River and Swan Valley regions of Western Australia.
Food and Beverage at The Western Australian Club is overseen by a team of three – General Manager, Judith Darlington, Food & Beverage Manager, Ana Volpe and Executive Chef, David Gallagher.
Judith Darlington has over twenty years experience in five-star hotel management, while Ana Volpe Spent over six years experience in the busy banqueting department at the Royal Air Force Club in London.
Executive Chef David Gallagher has carved out a reputation for his creations that salute the very best of European, Asian and Australian cuisines.
